After a visit to Europe, where he held conferences with the Netherlands and British'Governments, as well as with the Indonesian delegates, Lieut. Governor-General H.J. van Mook arrived back in Batavia on the 8th May 1946. His arrival at the airfield Kemajoran was attended by several civilian and military authorithies, including the Deputy Lieut. Gov.-Gen. Mr. N.S Blom. Lieut.-Gen. S.H. Spoor, Count van Bijlandt, Baron van Asbeck, Maj.-Gen. B. Mansbergh, Air-Comm. Stevens. Dr. van Mook leaves the aeroplane on arrival at the airfield Kemajoran. NI 643
