Netherlands Women's army in Australia. Dutch Women prepare, freedom force for N.E.I. Undergoing training in Australia for the important part it will play in the liberation of Dutch territory occupied by the Japanese is the Women's Auxiliary Corps of the Netherlands Indies Army. Service of women is voluntary in the corps, which consists entirely of Dutch women, many of whom escaped from the NEI or Holland. Training has been done in spare time, but soon the women will be called up for full-time service. The physical exercise is held under the direction of NEI Forces member, sub-Lieutenant Bieger.
